Three levels of courses are provided to meet participant needs. These courses cover Basic Understanding, Internal Auditor and Team Leader material. Each builds on top of the other. The course methodology includes classroom exercises, breakout sessions and discussions. Final exams ensure participant competency in the chosen auditor course curriculum.

Basic Understanding Course
ISO 17025 Course Understanding
The ISO 17025:2017 training is a certified 2-day course that is designed to provide participants with a basic knowledge and understanding of ISO 17025:2017 and its alignment with ISO 9001:2015. Course participants will gain a working understanding of key laboratory and quality management concepts, including risk analysis and establishing objectives and targets.

EEI's Laboratory Management System Internal Auditor training is a 3-day Exemplar Global certified course. It teaches the principles and practices of effective quality management systems in accordance with ISO 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018.

Team Leader Course
ISO 17025 Course Team Leader
The ISO 17025:2017 Laboratory Management Systems Team Leader is a 4-day course that teaches the principles and practices of effective laboratory management systems (LMS) and process audits in accordance with the ISO 17025:2017 standard and ISO 19011:2018.
