Three levels of courses are provided to meet participant needs. These courses cover Basic Understanding, Internal Auditor and Team Leader material. Each builds on top of the other. The course methodology includes classroom exercises, breakout sessions and discussions. Final exams ensure participant competency in the chosen auditor course curriculum.

Basic Understanding Course

This course is a 1.5 day competency-based course designed to provide learners with a basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015. Course participants will gain a working understanding of key quality management concepts, including risk analysis and establishing objectives and targets.

This 3-day internal auditor course includes the principles and practices needed to conduct effective process approach auditing of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 and ISO 9001:2015.

Team Leader Course
ISO 9001 Course Team Leader
This 4-day team leader course includes the principles and practice of effective quality managements systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 and ISO 9001:2015.

Experienced instructors guide students through the entire audit process from managing an audit to reporting audit results. This is EEI's most comprehensive ISO 9001:2015 course offered.
